Handling robots

The loading and unloading of machines can be efficiently automated with handling robots. The robot systems pick up components precisely and reliably, and place them in the desired machine. Our various robot kinematics offer you maximum flexibility when setting up your automation solution and enable fast and reliable machine assembly. The robot control system can be integrated directly into the system via Modbus TCP/IP or runs separately via digital inputs and outputs. Component removal from machine tool

In this application, the handling of the components was automated. The robolink robot arm loads and unloads the machine fully automatically. Splash water is not an issue thanks to the use of waterproof joints.

Handling in 3D printing

3D printing is slow and time-consuming. The process can be scaled through automation. The user does not need to intervene to remove parts and start a new printing process. This speeds up the process, especially for short print runs.
